My name is Jordan Ben, and I’m based in the United Arab Emirates while completing my master’s degree in Construction Management at university. I currently work with Boultwood Associates as an Assistant Quantum Analyst, where I’ve developed a strong interest in construction claims consulting and dispute resolution within large-scale projects. I enjoy understanding how project delays and contractual issues are assessed in real-world cases. Outside of work and studies, I spend my time reading about modern architecture, exploring local cafés, and following developments in the construction industry across the Middle East.
